We have a Pegasus R4 that is connected to a iMac via thunderbolt. Our other apple computers have no issues recognizing the Pegasus. When we try and network our PC running Windows 10 it doesn't recoginize the Pegasus. Do we need to install a driver? Thanks!

That's a Windows problem, not a Pegasus problem.
Windows needs extra software to read HFS+, the disk formatting that Mac OS X uses.
There are several Windows programs available to assist you, some free and others retail; please pick the one that works best for you.
