For some reason my 4 TB Apollo Personal Cloud Storage Device won't let me login and I need to reset my password and cant find how to do this. Any help out there?

Hi Michelle,
You can reset the password using Apollo cloud utility. Click recover password option on the Apollo cloud
utility, enter your registered email id, you will get verfication code, enter that code in the utility, set new
password and then you will be able to login with new password.
