Hello. After being in storage during a house build for a year, I am unable to get my P3R4 to power on. It was boxed up and handled carefully during the move. I have tried four different USBC cables and tried it on both my MAC and PC. One cable shows my macbook is getting charging power through the cable so the P3 is getting power but will not power on - no light at all. I've tried unplugging and replugging in numerout times. Any suggestions??

Hi Carl,
We have seen some few cases where macOS updates have caused the DEXT driver to stop working, in this case the solution is to uninstall the driver, reboot, then re-install the driver. But if your P3 is also not powering up on a Windows machine, that's probably not the issue.
We have a knowledge base article on basic Pegasus troubleshooting. Maybe it will help.
