Over the past few days, it said there were no photos on this Apollo. Then I couldn't move or delete. As of today it's offline. I turned it off and on again. I pressed the reset button. I replaced the ethernet cord. Now it just says, Offline! Connecting.  How can I access my files? So many documents and photos seem to be lost.

Kindly register the unit using the serial number by logging into support.promise.com and open a web support ticket so we could check further.
