NS6700 Failed Update

Updated my NS6700 to the latest firmware and it now wont boot properly.

It just sit's there scrolling the promise logo when you turn it on. Cant see it on the network either

Is there a firmware recovery process for this device?

Any help much appreciated.

Hi Greg,

Could you shutdown the unit, mark and remove all the drives and try to boot the unit without the drives to see if you are able to boot the unit without any issues.

If you still have problems, booting the unit kindly go to https://support.promise.com the register the unit under your name and created a support ticket for further investigation.
