NS4600 cannot boot

I have a NAS NS4600 which buy at 2012 year. It can't booting normally and the system status LED light as red.

The HD led seems ok (blue). Also I have tried to hardware reset by press the button but still error.

I google troubleshooting and found NS4600 is EXT3 file system inside, I want recovery my data through linux ubuntu but it seems can't mount this HD. So I am asking for your help to my HD, any solution would be appreciation.

Hi

 Try  reset the unit with out drives after reset the unit reinsert the drives and try to recover the data
 
below are the steps to reset the unit


Step 1:Power down the unit
Step 2:Label and remove the drives in the same order they are connected.
Step 3:Power on the unit with NO drives and then press the RESET button until the unit shuts down completely.
Step 4:Connect the drives back into the unit in the same order,RECOVER the array using RECOVER function

once you reset the unit it goes back to factory default settings. Launch the Smart Navi software check whether unit detects, If you able to find unit try entering IP address in the browser to login then enter default user name : admin / Password : admin to login.

1. Click the Administration topic and choose the RAID & File System icon to expand the Tree.
2. In the Tree, click the RAID Management icon.
3. Click the Recover tab.
4. On the Recover tab, click the option button beside the invalid RAID Volume.
5. Click the OK button.

The SmartStor will reboot itself to update its configuration and recognize the RAID Volume.
