Hello. Please advise what to do in this case: in the SmartStor NS2300N device
updates the firmware. device stuck. We expect about half an hour. then turn off.
then communicate with the device only via telnet and only through engmode
(admin not allowed). All tests ns2300 passes, but not mount the partition
"/ promise". Root access is not. How to get out of the situation?
NS2300N. please, help advise.

Hi Andrey,
Kindly try to reset the unit to factory reset to see if the unit is detected.
Please, shut down the unit, mark and remove all the drives from the unit. Once the drives are removed, please turn on the unit and follow the below steps.
On the rear of the SmartStor NS2300, you will find a small pin sized hole directly below the Ethernet connector. Push and hold the reset button using a paper clip or push pin until the SmartStor NS2300 "Powers Off". This generally takes about 25 to 30 seconds. Once the unit is reset please insert the drives back to its original slots and power up the unit to see if you are able to access the unit through SmartNAVI.
