New Pegasus 2 R4 not seen by Pegasus Utility in Windows 10

Hi, 

I've just purchased a second Pegasus 2 R4 as my first one is just about full. I've loaded it up with 4 x 4tb Toshiba drives. All lights are blue, but when I open the Pegasus Utility to try and set up the raid, I get a message saying "Device not found" 

I've tried it with and without the first drive connected and get the same result.

I'm running Windows 10 on the same hardware I used when I set up the first drive.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Graham,

If you are trying to connect this unit for the first time, then you could please boot the unit without any drives (barebone unit) to see if the unit is detected by the utility.

Please go to https://support.promsie.com and register the unit and create a new support ticket with the update for further investigation.
