I use your Pegasus two years, and always run good. but yesterday suddenly can't be mounted,

1) One Logical drive: offline

2) Disk Array: Degraded

3) Physical Drive list: ID 2 Dead

4) System status, this system has error

a- Physical Drive - X sign

b - Disk Array - ! sign

c - Logical Drive - X sign

5) event Information: LD 0 Major

And Now I run Media Patrol: Running stop on 57% (Background Activities)

I am a wedding photographer, there a few weddings didn’t get time to back up.

please help me with all my cost.
