Just received my R8 yesterday and it does not seem to power up. I've plugged it in directly to the wall, into my UPS, swapped the power cable.
I've attached it to my thunderbolt ports with different cables (I know the ports work because I had a Terramaster D4 attached to it).
I've even tried using a USB A->C cable and plugging it into the appropriate port on the unit.
I do see a little green glow of an LED inside the unit.
Is there something I'm missing in this setup? Or is this DOA?
