Mounting Issues - Promise Pegasus 32 R4 to a M1 Macbook Pro

Hi there

 

I am havina problem with my Pegasus 32 R4. When I plug it into my Mac using the Thunderbolt 3 cable, all the blue lights come on and the Pegasus 32 R4 is whirring to show that it is working. However, when I look in Finder, there is no sign of it and no sign of it in the disk utility either. Please help!

Hi David,

It is interesting that while Intel MacOS has the Pegasus driver builtin, the Apple Silicon (M1/M2...) does not.

As a result you will have to install the Pegasus driver which can be downloaded from the link below.
