Most recent update has broken my time machine backups.  Seeking advice to regain access. Confirmed I can see the network drive, access the actual disk image from the time machine backup but it will constantly say there is a network error and fails to backup.

Mac OS 10.16.6

App Version: 2.1.0

Firmware: 0.01.0004.88

Hi Ramon,

Could you please try to add the Apollo disk as the TimeMachine disk to see how it works? If you still have any issues, kindly go to https://support.promise.com to register the product and create a support ticket with the screenshot of the error message for furtehr investigation.

Regards
Pradeep C

Pradeep,

Solved it. Seems that a recent password change I set in my promise account did not reflect in the login to the network drive, so it seemed to accept the old password, but never errored to say password incorrect. Once I realized that the password adjustment I had made also would reflect in the actual drive connection I used the updated password and was able to connect. Curious that it never told me that the password I originally used was incorrect.
