Hi all,

I own a Pegasus2 R6 that I've used for years with a MacPro.

I am switching my system to a PC and I have about 10 TB of data I want to move with that switch on my P2 R6.

My PC has TB3 and I have the apple adaptor dongle which in conjunction with paragon has allowed me to see the P2-R6 but not consistantly.

Question #1: Is it possible to just format the P2 R6 for Windows (ExFat?) and have that unit continue to work for me?

Question #2: Aside from formatting, what is different on the Pegasus3 models between the PC and Mac editions?

Cheers!

Hi Brandon ,

Yes, you can take the backup of the data and then we can format it in Windows Machine . Regardless ,it should work with the adapter in Windows Machine. If you are having any issues, then you can try changing the cables and see if the Volume is mounted always.

About your 2nd question, there are no hardware difference between the PC and the MAC versions of Pegasus 3.

Thanks !
