The device was running smooth, then just this morning. The utility dashboard is saying, "A configured dead physical disk has been inserted." The storage is still running but with slow performance. I hope I will not lose my datas. I attached a event log I extracted, hope this helps.

Hi Calixto,
Looks like PD1 has failed.
If the unit is still in warranty please open a support case at https://support.promise.com.
If the unit is out of warranty then a replacement drive will have to be obtained.
The storage should stay online and avaible.

The attachment function is displaying error whenever I attach the event log. Maybe I can try to attach a screenshot of the dashboard instead.
