My 2013 Mac Pro won't mount the Pegasus R4.  I'm running 10.12.1, I have tried to update the firmware using the Promise utility.  I also have an additional ARECA RAID running on the same mac Pro.

Hi Gerald,

The Pegasus R4 should work with MAC 10.12.1 . Can you please confirm if the Pegasus is connected directly to the Thunderbolt port and not the display port .

Can you attach the MAC system report using the below instructions .

(Click Apple Icon > About this Mac > System Report > Choose 'File' & 'Save)

Thank you

The R4 is plugged directly into the MacPro. I have attatched a system report. Thanks

I tried to plug into my MacBook Pro to no avail.  The R4 shows blue lights everywhere but doesn't show up on desk top or in disk utillities
