Mac cannot recognizing & Mount R4 but Promise utility can still see

Hi,

 

I had R4 hooked up to Mac Mini OSX10.12 and it had work great until 2 weeks ago when all of a sudden Mac cannot recognise the drive anymore.

All thunderbolt status light are blue, and the promise utility app can \ see the unit just fine but the mac comes up with alert everytime i plug R4 in that it is not a recognisable drive. I have try restart both mac and R4 several times to no avail. Can anyone help?
