Logical Drive Offline after drive failure

Hi I recently had a drive failure which made the Logical Drive go offline. After replacing the dead 2TB drive it wont let me start a rebuild due to the logical drive being "offline."

I've tried a few terminal commands in an attempt to force the Logical Drive back online, but no luck.

In order to find the exact problem please send us the latest subsystem report.

Steps to save the subsystem report :

- Open Promise Utility

- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window

- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility

- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report.

Open a case at https://support.promise.com/ and attach the file for our review.
