Hi,
It's not clear what you want to do, which application is being used or what computer platform you are working from.
If you don't care about the data on the current RAID1 then you can power down the R2600, replace the (2) SSDs power the R2600 on and then create a new RAID1 LUN. Probably you'll want to put a filesystem on the disks, but if this is a metadata LUN for an XSAN probably not.
If you need to preserve data you have several options, the simplest thing is to copy the data elsewhere, replace the disks as above then copy the data back.
If you don't have the space to copy the data off, a more complicated process would be to replace one of the 300GB SSDs with a new 2TB SSD, let it rebuild, then replace the other 300GB SSD with a new 2TB SSD and let it rebuild, then migrate the LUN to a larger size. Then the filesystem would have to be expanded. The migration is done from System > Administration > Background Activities > migration. It looks like this...
You'll need to select the appropriate Disk Array ID for your SSD array.
In the example below I'm expanding a 1TB LUN to 2TB. As before you'll need to select the appropriate SSD LUN.
In Windows it's easy to expand the file system from the Disk Managment console. In macOS, expanding the filesystem to larger than the original disk size is not directly supported by the Disk Utility, but it can be done.

I have LUNs configured, and as I understand it, in order not to reconfigure the LUN, you can replace the disks one at a time and wait for recovery? But how critical is this, because there will be an additional load on the SSD 300 drive? Thank you.

You can copy information from an SSD to another drive. Now I have arrays configured in this way. Will lun mapping need to be reconfigured?

As mentioned, you can replace the drives 1 at a time and let them rebuild. But this won't expand the LUN, you have to do a LUM migration as illustrated above for this.
But how critical is this, because there will be an additional load on the SSD 300 drive?
I don't understand this question.
Will lun mapping need to be reconfigured?
If you create a new LUN, you will have to map it.

Hi,
The SSDs are accessed through a SATA or SAS bus, they look like a spinning drive to the computer or storage device. The technology behind the SSD is not a factor.

Hello. Thank you friend. You can also suggest the choice of ssd. The fact is that the list of supported ssd drives is outdated and new ones have already appeared. So there is an SSD Samsung 3.84 TB MZQLB3T8HALS-00007 U.2 Its interface is U.2 SFF-8639 PCI-E Gen3 x4 and looks like SAS. Do you know if such a drive is compatible with the r2600ti?

Samsung MZQLB3T8HALS-00007 3.84TB PM983 Pci-E 3.0 X4 2.5inch NVMe SSD
The Samsung SSD is NVME, the Vess R2600 does not support NVME drives, only SAS or SATA. SATA drives can be used but require a blackjack or other adapater to work in a dual controller storage system.

Hello. When replacing 2 ssd drives at the same time, first need to turn off the NODs servers and then turn off the SAN. Replace sdd disks, turn on SAN then NOD servers?
