Issue connecting to Apollo Cloud devices

An issue has been reported by several customers regarding the Apollo Cloud units.

It is not possible to connect to the devices from external or mobile networks, the units are accessible via local LAN only (reproducable).

Promise engineering team is working on a solution, our apologies for the inconvenience.
