Is APFS (Encrypted) known to be reliable on a Pegasus3 now?

Is anybody successfully using this file system format?

Any downsides?

Thanks!

Hi Daniel,

Pegasus is a raw storage and file system is managed by the Mac OS.Journaled HFS+ format are recommended.APFS is optimized for solid-state drives (SSDs) and other all-flash storage devices.Disk Utility shows a compatible format by default if you format through disk utility.

Please refer the below Apple KB Article

You may use our KB article for formatting a Filesystem HFS+ or APFS using Pegasus utility
