I forgot the webpam login password of the Vess A6600 device. Please guide me to retrieve this login password.

Hi Mike,

you can go with explorer to C:\PromiseApp\clitest and rename the file 'userdb' to (for instance) userdbOLD.
It might be necessary to reboot the machine once done.
Now you can login with default credentials:  administrator / password

You will be prompted to change the administrator password after login.
