I was update Utility/firmware wend my HD become Unconfigured.

My Raid 6 was working, then my 6 HD become Unconfigured.

 

I was update Utility/firmware, for Promise  Pegasus 2.

 

I am looking for help to understand what happened and see if it can be fixed or recover the data.

 

How can I tell if the HD are blank or have data.

Hi Thomas,

In order to assist you further on this we need to analyse the subsystem report, please visit support.promise.com and create a web support case and also attach the subsystem report in that case id.

Steps to save the subsystem report:

- Open promise utility

- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the Promise Utility window

- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility

- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to this case.
