I have only used 10% of my Apollo storage and it will not allow me to download new files

files won't download to my apollo cloud say I have reached my quota or file up lad has fails. I have only used 10% of my storage

-Have you logged in as owner or memer in the Apollo cloud utility

-Have you checked with rebooting the Apollo cloud once.
