I can't access drives on Pegasus2 R6

I can no longer access my drives on Pegasus2 R6 from Mac running version 10.12.6.

There is also an error message that may be unrelated to this issue: "The disc you inserted was not readable by this computer" and offers to "initialize" the disc, but I think that means to erase all date, so I don't want to try that.

Hi Margaret,

Kindly don't go with intialize option, it will delete the data.

Are you able to access the Promise utility, if yes, then kindly get the subsystem report

and reach us through support.promise.com.
