Hi. Just got FastTrak TX2650 and little trouble.

I need to view detailed SMART data of multiple SATA discs . Not only "all OK" or "No bad sectors".

Small free utilites for SATA HDD can give us information like this:

ID                               Current  Worst    ThresholdData       Status

(01) Raw Read Error Rate         114      94       6        0          Ok

(05) Reallocated Sector Count    100      100      36       0          Ok

(07) Seek Error Rate             81       60       30       167368576  Ok

(09) Power On Hours Count        94       94       0        5808       Ok

(it was my own SATA disk and HD Tune 2.55)

Is it possible?

Hi Dmitry,

The SMART logs can be enabled through WebPAM under controller settings. Kindly go to the link below to download the Product Manual and go to page number 68 to get the step by step instruction on how to enable SMART Logs for the discs.

Sure i will try to register and create support ticket.

SMART Status - Enable (in Controller settings)

SMART Status - Healthy (in Physical Drive Information)

Its a very encouraging information, but "(09) Power On Hours Count" may be little better. Or "(05) Reallocated Sector Count"  for example.

Thank you very much, Pradeep!
