Hitachi HUA723020ALA640, the same as Hitachi HUA723020ALA641?

Hi 

I have a Pegasus R4 and one of the drives (Hitachi HUA723020ALA641) has gone down.

I can get a good deal on a Hitachi HUA723020ALA640 drive but dont know if it will work with my current set up.

Basically is there any differecne between the Hitachi HUA723020ALA641 and the Hitachi HUA723020ALA640? Note I would only be changing one drive so would be mixing 3 Hitachi HUA723020ALA641 and one new Hitachi HUA723020ALA640.

Hi Mick,

Both the drive models you have provided have similar specifications . You can use any hard drive as long as they have same Capacity, Buffer Size and RPM. 

Having different model hard drives of same capacity will not cause any issue .
