Hello,
We have a week old Promise R6 that came with the new Mac Pro and after updating to the latest OS the R6 has not been mounting. The lighting icon under the power button is lighted white.
We tried using other ports as well as a apple thunderbolt cable but it will still not mount, also when we open the promise ultitly this is the only one that comes out.

How do I handle this? Thanks :)
