Hello good day, first of all, I feel for my poor English!

The problem I have is an error that I solved following these commands,

I have followed all the steps, but I'm still with the problem

When you run the commands, send this error

(0x401) error: invalid command or request

 have updated the firmware of the application Promise Utility but still still giving thesame problem, helps, hope that someone I can help with this problem since I havemuch information in my Promise Pegasus R4

Hi Juan,

We don't recommend to force online the drives without consulting Promise Technical support as it might lead to data corruption if the drives are having errors. We need to analyse the subsystem report to find the exact problem.

Steps to save the report .

- Open Promise Utility.
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report.

Once the report is saved , register yourself as a user at support.promise.com and register your product.
Open a web support case and attach the subsystem report for our review.

We will check the logs and will guide you on how to proceed further.
