Hello, I want to access my ns2600 from outside the office, I configured everything to be able to access by ftp, but when I access I do not see any folder. If I connect a usb hard drive yes I see it and I can access it and its files, but not the volume mounting in the raid, it appears empty.

Hi Gines,

Please find the below link to down load the product manual and Make sure you had set any permision access the share folder via FTP. In the page number 75 to 85 you will have steps

Hi Ginés,

I could see that you are trying to make the changes through the utility. The utility doesn't allow to add FTP setting. Could you go to 192.168.1.120 to access the WebPASM to make the changes?
