Can you tell me how to reset the webpam login password? (Model Vess A6800)

Hi Mike,

I do not have an A6800 on hand to test this with, but I'm pretty sure this is the correct process.

Step1: C:\PromiseApp\clitest find the file of “userdb.xml”
Step2: Rename “userdb.xml” as "userdb.xml.bak"
Step3: Restart the system.

Then the standard credentials should be set back to administrator/password

This will delete any other users, so they will have to be added back in. Usually there are none.
