Firmware update stuck on 0

Hi, just got my M4. Installed promise utility pro. Connected the M4 to imac pro, then connected my P2R4 to the m4. So far all good. Utility showed that firmware for P2R4 needed updating. Pressed update, it dowloaded and now its stuck on "Updating 0%" for over an hour. What do I do please. Thank you Christos

Which Promise Utility version did you use?

We have a Knowledge Base article on updating firmware on the Pegasus1 and Pegasus2.

Please follow the instructions in the KB.

Hi RP , thank you for your prompt response. Will follow the instructions on the article sent. I used initially PROMISE Utility Pro Version: 23.4.1 when it got stuck.Anyway turned off imac and was able to put everything back in order.
