Failed usb transfer again again again.

Another usb transfer failed!

 

Another set of erroneous feedback from the device saying 10% had transferred in a few minutes when it was only a few mb.

 

Another bunch of data sitting on the Apollo which will take a reset to erase.

 

How difficult can it be to transfer from an attached usb disc? It took 4 hours to get the data onto the disc and a month to have numerous failures to transfer it! 

 

I hoped led a recent firmware update had fixed it but absolutely not. 

 

How can it possibly take 3 days to transfer 500 mb via a wired connection (and fail) unless it was via usb 1 beta? I’m seriously disappointed with this product. And Promises inability to sort it out.

The bizarre thing is that though the program tells me that the transfer has failed, the device is still clattering noisily away as if something is going on.

Should I stop this noise?

Will the discs wear out while the drive is banging away?

Maybe the iPad app is buggy? I can't install the desktop app because it causes problems with the VPN which stops the email.

Such as small product, such as big disappointment.
