Ext usb 2 hard disk of 1.5TB to my new Apollo Duo Estimated one week to complete. 41 percent still on 2nd and 3rd Day !! ... Connect to Comp ... Delete File not working!

So I tried connecting the ext hard drive to my macbook instead as recommended and seems much better in tranferring speed. However, the Delete File feature is currently not usable at all. I've asked for help and waiting for a solution.

Are you getting any error message when you click on delete ?

It seems that need to troubleshoot further .Please call technical support at 408-228-1500 or reach out through support case at  https://support.promise.com/.
