EX8350 rebuilding stuck at 1%

I have a raid10 with 6 disks. There are 3 disks failed. So I replaced the first disk, ran rebuild. It’s finished within 2 hours.

The next disk is in now, and the rebuilding stuck at 1% for 12 hours now. From event log in cli command, I saw repeating task 30 timeout error.

what should I do now? The light on the disk is keeping blinking, so I am not sure what’s going on there.

Please advice.
