Are email alerts available using Promise Utility Pro with Pegasus32 on macOS? Don;t see any way to set them, and nothing in the manual.

Have used Pegasus RAIDs on macOS for years and the email alerts have proved pretty useful in the past.

EDIT:

The suggetsion is to also install the Pegasus32 Utility and configure it for email notifications.

Hi,

Thank you - I was using Promise Utility Pro downloaded from the Pegasus32 page.

I did not realize there is also a Promise Utility Pegasus32 (not Pro).

That gives me what I need. But I am not understanding why there are 2 Utility apps for this box.

Hi David,

The Pegasus Pro Utility is designed for the Pegasus Pro product line, but it also supports the earlier Pegasus line. But the Pegasus Pro utility lacks some features of the Pegasus32 Utility, email notifications seems to be one such difference.
