i have an e610 that i dont remember the password for and its now in maintenance mode. i was wondering if i could get the confuser for it. it has ver: 3.36.0000.02 build date may 11 2012. if anyone knows where i can get the confuser for it that would be very helpful.

Could you create a web support case id at support.promise.com, so we can send you the confuser image and
instruction to reset the password. At web support case id we can attach the confuser zip file.
