Disconnection of NAS R2600ti on MAC computers

Hello

We have a problem with a NAS system R2600 where on MAC computers the unit that is mounted with the IP of the NAS is disconnected. While on Windows computers this fault does not occur.

What can be the best solution or missing in this configuration with the Apple platform?

Hi José,

Could you please go to https://support.promise.com to register the product and create a support ticket for the latest subsystem report for further investigation.

Kindly login to the web interface of the unit and follow the below steps to save the complete subsystem report.

1. Click Save Service Report in the Header.

Information for the report is gathered and compiled. This action takes up to a few minutes, depending on the size of your RAID system.

2. Click the Save File option, then click the Save button. The report saves to your Host PC as a compressed HTML file.
