I am pretty new to Pegasus 2 R6. It has been running for couple of months without any problems - pretty much plug&play. Unfortunately, my little brother this morning disconnected all the drives and the system shows them as 'dead.' What should I do? I know it is a good drive and the only reason is marked 'dead' is because of my brother. How can I remount it, without loosing the data ?

Thank you.

Hi Vincent,

We need to anayse the service report and force online the drives. Please open case in https://support.promise.com and attach the service report for further Investigation.

Steps to save the subsystem report :

1) Open Promise Utility.

2) Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.

3) Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.

4) Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report and attach it to this case.

Regards

Arun

Sorry for my late answer. So, I've opened a new case and attached the service here. https://we.tl/t-nNNlI5cpxX  Can you force online the drives, now ?
