I have a Pegasus 2 R6 10TB on a Mac Pro running 10.14.2. I started having some directory issues with the pegasus, folders showing up, but not their contents. The promise utility reported a minor problem (I don't remember the code), but now I can't get the Promise utility to load up at all. It opens, and then immediately comes up as "not responding" in the activity monitor and force quit app. I have tried deleting the software and installing the most recent version and have the same issue. I am about to try it again with a restart in between, but wanted to post here in case anyone can help. Any Ideas?

Hi Eric,
We've seen your case has been handled and the issued was solved.
Thank you.
Actually it's not been handled or solved at all. I was told there was going to be a very expensive fee for one of your techs to help me out, and I am still trying to figure it out myself. Your software is still doing something mysterious in the background, but the graphic interface will not display anything so I have no idea what it's doing. File structures and folders have appeared and disappeared over the course of the 4 days or so that I've left the computer on in order for the drive to rebuild the directory, but it was definitly not solved.

I erased the software, re-installed and tried to restart the mac. I had to do a hard resart, probably because the drive wouldn't unmount. The software is still "not responding" I have started a support ticket. Is there anything else I can do to get help on this?
