Demonstration of Hot Swap became a mess - How to rebuild?

Dear Forum Members

I took out the Disk No. 1 from the running Pegasus32 (of total 6 disks in a RAID6) to look at the Harddisk Brand... now, after placing it again into the tray, it has the status of "dead"... and its not possible to change the status to unconfigured (login made on Pegasus Utilitiy to have access). 

I then tried to use a terminal command to change the status, but it looks that I do not use the right disk ID within the command. 

Anybody can help me to change the for sure still working disk to unconfigure? I am on macOS.

Hello Peter,

 Kindly create a support case at support.promise.com and attach the service report to the case so that we can check and assist you further.

Steps to save the subsystem report:

- Open Promise Utility

- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the Promise Utility window

- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility

- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report
