I have a Pegasus 2 R8. After finding the WebPAM installation file for Windows, which is not natively available on your website, I arrived at the standard log-in credential screen. According to the installation guide, "[t]he User Name and Password used for logging in is the same as the Windows OS user login user name and password." However, when I enter my Windows log-in credentials, I receive an error message stating the credentials are incorrect. I also tried the following combinations:

- admin/admin
- admin/(blank)
- admin/P@ssw0rd
- pegasus/admin
- pegasus/pegasus
- pegasus/(blank)
- pegasus/P@ssw0rd

If it matters, I am using:

- Windows 10 64-bit
- WebPAMPRO_3.15.0000.32 (if the ".32" is for 32-bit, should I use the 64-bit
- R_WinDrv_Installer_V6.2.0.6_WHQL

Is there a set of credentials that will work for this? I cannot format my drives without getting past this point.

Hi

Promise has a separate utility for windows, Please find the below link. The utility doesn't have any credential rather user needs to use windows (host) credential.

Pegasus2 Series Utility for Windows

Please let us know if still, the issue remains same

Thanks
Dev

Thanks. I installed the suggested utility, and then ran the Pegasus Utility that appeared on the Desktop. The utility starts to look for the drive, and then presents me with Device Not Found. Do I need to uninstall everything first, and then reinstal some or all of the applications?

It would be good if Promise updated the installation instructions for Windows 10. As it stands now, I am driving blind and working from best educated guesses.
