Dashboard always says 100% used even when I clear down data.  Theres nothing in the recycle bin either.  However when you click on trash the disk spins up as if itsa reading something.  That means you can never add anything to the drive as it thinks its full.

Hi Craig,

Please let us know if its used for Time Machine backups or do you have any Members sharing your Apollo

If you are sure that your Apollo is empty and if you have backups,  then you can reset the Apollo and re-claim it .It should work .

Thanks !

I did fill the disk to 100%.  Then remopved about 40% data so it should read 60%.  It still says 100% and I cannot add to it.

Hi Craig,

A few questions...

1. Did you upload the files from the app or by SMB?

2. Did you delete the files from the app or SMB?

3. Is this an Apollo 1 or an Apollo 2 duo?

I tested by deleting some large files from my Apollo 1 and nothing immediatly happened. But when I checked an hour later, the disk usage was reduced.

Also, I don't know if this will help, but have you tried rebooting the Apollo?

1. Did you upload the files from the app or by SMB?

Sharing the disk to the OS and copying them over to the Anywhere folder.

2. Did you delete the files from the app or SMB?

Direct from the file share.

3. Is this an Apollo 1 or an Apollo 2 duo?
