copy iPhoto library and photo library at once

I cannot copy at ones my pictures stored in the iphoto libary and photo libary from my Mac? one file is 103GB and the other 68GB. Any suggestions on how to achieve this?

My second question is how I eliminate duplicate files from the drive?
