My Pegasus 2 R8 prompts PD7 death two days ago. This is a few months after the last death. The hard disk is using ST3000DM001. This should be my third rebuild. When the first two rebuilds are about to be completed, it suddenly prompts that the hard disk has been rebuilt. The launch has to be restarted. Due to the high probability of problems with this model of hard drive, I changed RAID5 to RAID6, but stability is still not guaranteed. During the reconstruction process, my PD8 prompts death, and now PD4 is still prompting constantly. There are 53 bad blocks, which means that RAID6 may be about to lose the third hard disk. I have placed an order to buy ST4000NM0035, and plan to replace all hard disks at once.
