Command times out on physical disk

Over past few months I'm seeing "Command times out on physical disk" for several of the disks in my R6 unit. They are very infrequent and are not always associated with the same disk. They are maked as "Minor".

For example, today there are two such Minor events; one for PD 2 @ 6:56:21 and the other for PD 5 @ 02:57:26.

Yesterday there was the same error for PD 3 @ 14:48:26 and for PD 5 @ 16:35:42.

If I go back several days and back to Oct 31, the same 3 PDs are seeing these Minor warnings as well as PD 6.

If I go back several months I also see PD 6, PD 1 and PD 4 are also subject to the same Minor warning.

So, it seems all PDs in my R6 are seeing this issue.

Is this in any way a warning that my PDs are in trouble and should be replaced ? They are setup as RAID5.

Thank you for any insights.
