Running the Pegasus2 R6 and am constantly getting minor events reading 'command times out on physical disk'. It slows our sever to a halt and I have had to power cycle every time for it to run properly again. Only to stop hours later.

Hi Aaron,
Follow the below step to save the subsystem report for further investigation.
- Open Promise Utility.
- Click subsystem information icon on the top of the window.
- Click the lock symbol on the left bottom corner of the screen to unlock the utility.
- Click on save service report button to save the subsystem report.
Once the report is generated, please go to https://support.promise.com and register the product and create a support ticket with the complete report for further investigation.
