Having registered my new Promise Pegasus R3 yesterday I am wondering whether I am entitled to a key to install Chronosync _ I live in Australia?
Any help is appreciated. Ross

I just purchases the Pegasus3 R4, which came with Chronosync installed on the drive. However, I cannot use the software since I have no license key. I've contacted Promist support 3 times now to get this key, and all they keep saying is how to download the software. That's not the problem. I NEED the key! The link provided above it for purchasing Chronosync, but where to I get the free activation key I was promised with this purchase? It was never sent to me upon registration.

The free license for ChronoSync is only for the North American customers. Kindly go to the link below to purchase a ChronoSync license key.
