Cant access ns4600

Hi,

I started having this weird problem with my ns4600. I can't access it via web, I get "404 - not found" error. 

I'm able to ping the device, and access via windows to list the folders, but cant access them.

Shutting it down and back again is not helping. The lights on it are flickering normal blue.

Also tried using the smartnav utility, but it can't access it.

Any suggestions?

Hi Elor,

Please try to a hard reset and check if you are able to access the unit

Hard reset steps:-

1.Turn off the unit, mark and remove all the drives from the unit.
2.Turn on the unit without the drives.
3.Behind the unit, you can see a small pin hole, use a paper clip and press the pin hole for 30-35 seconds.
4.This will reboot the unit and will bring the unit back to factory default settings.
5.Please shut down the unit, insert drives back to its respective bays, turn on the unit, login to Webpam, click on Raid and File management and recover the array and see how it works.
