Cannot setup my Apollo Cloud Duo

Hope it is the right place to ask : )

I cannot finish my setup through my Mac. It was time out after I typed in the validation code. I try to claim it from the beginning, but it showed, "This Apollo has already been claimed.", then I decided to sign in, it showed Invalid email address. I tried to tap the "recover email", it showed the email account when I register for my first time. Then I tap "Recover Password", it showed me that my email address is not registered on any Apollo....

Hi Brian,

Please check with rebooting the Apollo cloud once and make sure that you enter the vaild email id to

recover password.
