Cannot Launch Promise Utility (apache server), please change the port with the user menu?

Hello:

I have a (3) servers with a Promise Pegasus 2 R6 and R4 running Mac 10.9.5 with Promise Utility 4.02.0000.10, but one displays the following error message when trying to launch Promise Utility and the others work fine. This started happening recently.

"Cannot Launch Promise Utility (apache server), please change the port with the user menu?"

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application, updating the firmware via command line and still running into this issue, but only on this one setup, but not the others.

Any suggestions?

FYI:

I tried the suggestions on this web site and modifying the /etc/host or httpd.conf files did fix the issue.
